Suspension Workout

Your body weight as the main form of resistance through suspension training

Suspension workout

Developed by the US Navy Seals as a way to get a complete workout wherever you are, suspension training lets you work your muscles using your body’s own weight. This program is suitable for beginners as well as experienced athletes!

Pressure-free exercises for the spine

While in suspension, your back will suffer no distress. Better still, you will build muscle thanks to the straps which naturally encourage maintenance of correct form.

You will improve your muscular balance and with specific exercises, you will maintain or develop a straight, strong back – especially through simulated rowing and power pulls.

Gradual goals

By holding on to the straps which are attached to the ceiling and adjustable, you will utilize your own body as your main strength building tool.

You will work out your arms, pecs, abs, or thighs with a wide variety of exercises. There is no chance for boredom to creep in. You have control whether to adjust the level of your session based on your position and your supports. The fewer supports there are, the harder the workout!

Two possible variables: strength and endurance

By moving quickly, you can strengthen your cardiovascular abilities. However, to build strength, you should move slowly and in a highly-controlled manner.

By adding a little cardio to the routine, you’ll quickly lose unwanted weight and add to your strength and general well-being.

Come try our Rebounder classes and see what a cardio work out really can entail and yet still be very safe.

Optimize your time

By using the straps, you will save time by working out entire muscle groups instead of merely activating individual muscles. This is achieved without loss of intensity. No mechanical intervention is required because it’s your body’s position that exerts the resistance.

In a 30-minute session, you can go through a dozen movements in around 40 sets of 30 seconds each!

Our suspension training sessions are offered privately, in pairs, or in groups. Book your session now depending on your need.
