Barre Pilates is unique in that it tones your lower body, increases your cardiovascular endurance, and improves your flexibility. It encourages proper placement for the purpose of working through the movements inspired by ballet. A truly intensive program during which you’ll learn plenty of pliés, battements, and ronds de jambe!
Over the course of the sessions:

Tone your body and build muscle
Barre is inspired by the daily warmup exercises that dancers do before a performance.
By working on your posture, you’re targeting specific muscle groups to strengthen them in depth. The alternation of your feet position shapes your calves, firms up your thighs and buttocks, hones your hips, and works your abs! By incorporating light weights into the routine, you also work out your arms and shoulders.
Each Barre session helps you burn over 300 calories.
Exercising regularly (at least twice a week) will help you expend energy, develop a more toned body and maintain the thin beautiful you, loved and admired by all. Why deprive yourself of that which can only improve your well-being?
