Rebounding or trampoline fitness: an amazing concept!
Rebounding or trampoline fitness gives you a cardiovascular and muscular workout while having fun! It helps keep your lymphatic system healthy, while It also improves your bone density, your muscular coordination and your balance!
A particularly effective workout
According to NASA, the trampoline uses three key forces:
The benefits of these trampoline exercises are based on posture. You exert “vertical thrusts” called rebounds on a surface that absorbs 80% of the shock. Your joints and ligaments therefore don’t suffer!
You work out each muscle group in a balanced way. Muscle toning sessions with small weights and/or elastic bands are also included in our program to go even further.
Who can sign up?
Everyone can sign up for our Rebounding courses, including those in rehabilitation. The courses are progressive and adapt to each person’s skills.
What are the benefits?
Our mini-trampolines use bungee cords rather than springs. You’ll burn an average of 600 calories during a 45-minute session!
